Tanner had sat down and said, "I'm kind of stuffed."
My dad replied with "That's the Chipotle effect."
Today was the last day of school. We spent the whole day doing nothing. And I'm not even exaggerating. my teachers set aside THREE whole hours for signing yearbooks... which is fun for like the first twenty minutes when the halls are lacking air conditioning. I put my signature in most peoples yearbooks with an arrow pointing to it saying "for when I'm famous" although I don't really want to be famous... I just didn't know what to write to people I hardly know and plus it seemed funny. At lunch the school provided little ice cream cups which I did not oppose. During lunch, Cameron, Lorin, and I went into Mr. Lee's room to say our farewells and sneakily rolled copied pictures of Ficuses into his paper towel dispenser. After lunch all the 8th grade went into the gym and watched a video the computer media teacher had made for us. At the end of the day everyone started crying and hugging each other and being all sentimental. I did not cry. I am just so glad to be done with middle school. It was a good three years at Akimel and i had a great experience. I'm excited to face the new challenges of high school and start the next chapter of my life.
